The selection will be conducted in 3 stages:

Technical Selection – participant‘s eligibility check against program requirements, CV analysis.

Intermediate Selection – online interview with representatives of ERSTE Foundation and EUCFI.

Final Selection – interview with representatives of the hosting organization.
